in the high court of jharkhand at ranchi b.a. no.5180 of 2013 niwaran rawani ..... petitioner versus the state of jharkhand . opposite party coram: honble mr. justice h.c. mishra for the petitioner : mr. p.k. mokhopadhyay for the state : a. p.p. ----- /20.8.2013 heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the state. petitioner has been made accused for the offence under sections 304b/34 of the indian penal code, in connection with rajganj p.s. case no.15 of 2011, corresponding to g.r. no.801 of 2011. petitioner is the husband of the deceased and there is allegation against him and the other in-laws to have subjected the deceased to cruelty and torture for demand of dowry and to have committed her dowry death. in the facts and circumstances of the case, i am not inclined to release the petitioner niwaran rawani on bail. accordingly, prayer for bail stands dismissed.
