08. 19.08.2013 Petitioner has once again preferred an interlocutory application being I.A. No. 5813 of 2013 for fixing a date for early hearing of the matter. Petitioner has been dismissed from service and the appeal and memorial preferred by him has already been rejected. Petitioner's application for early hearing of the application has already been rejected by this Court on 8.5.2013.
