Petitioner has been made accused for the offence under Sections 21,22, 23 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 in connection with Jamtara Mihijam P.S. Case No.31 of 2013, corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No.1 of 2013. From the FIR, it appears that the petitioner has been apprehended from a vehicle, from which 170 KG of ganga was recovered. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner Rakesh Kumar Gupta @ Rakesh Gupta @ Munna is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Jamtara, in connection with Jamtara Mihijam P.S.
