The petitioner contends that his paddy fields would be submerged in water if pipelines are not provided for its outflow. The petitioner contends that proper pipelines have to be provided at the time of widening of the road which is now going on. The petitioner has in this regard submitted Ext.P2 representation which is pending consideration with 1st respondent. I direct the 1st respondent to consider Ext.P2 representation with notice to the petitioner and respondents 2 & 3.
