The learned Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents.
2. The petitioner along with another person had filed a joint application before the 2nd respondent for transferring the stage carriage permit with reference to the vehicle bearing no. KL-12B-5599 and the permit is valid up to 26.08.2013. Ext.P2 is the said application. The complaint of the petitioner is that so far, the respondent authorities have not considered the said application. The petitioner also submits that though there was a meeting on 23.04.2013 to consider the said application, no notice was given to the petitioner.
3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances, I am of the view that this writ petition can be disposed of as follows: W.P.(C) No. 17957 of 2013 ..2.. The 2nd respondent shall consider and take a decision on Ext.P2 application within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment after following the procedure prescribed.
