2. The petitioner has approached this Court since the timings of the vehicle has not been settled despite the grant of regular permit as per Ext.P1 dated 29/11/2002. The petitioner has offered a later model vehicle KL-10 Q 746.as against the originally offered vehicle. The petitioner submits that he had produced all current records in respect of the vehicle. If so, necessarily he is entitled for the settlement of timings and issue of permit.

Having regard to the aforesaid submissions, I am of the view that the writ petition can be disposed of as follows: W.P.C..No.18356/13 2 Respondent authority shall settle the timings in respect of the vehicle not KL-10 Q 746.of the petitioner on the basis of Ext.P1 grant of permit and shall issue necessary orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
