The Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondent.
2. The petitioner had submitted Ext. P2 application for grant of temporary permit in the place of defaulted service. The complaint of the petitioner is that so far the respondent has not considered the same.
3. Having regard to the aforesaid factual situation, I am of the view that this writ petition can be disposed of as follows:- The respondent shall consider Ext.
