.....of july, 2013 judgment the petitioner has approached this court with the following prayers : " i. issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ, order or direction commanding the 2nd and 3rd respondents to re- examine the answer sheet of the general physiotherapy paper of the petitioner in the master of physiotherapy course undergone by the petitioner within a time limit as stipulated by this honourable court. ii. grant such other reliefs as may be prayed for and as the court may deem fit to grant and iii. grant the cost of the writ petition." 2. the learned standing counsel for the respondent university submits that ext.p2 representation submitted by the petitioner before the vice-chancellor of the university, highlighting the grievance projected in the writ petition, could be caused to be considered within the shortest possible time.3. in the said circumstances, the respondents are directed to w.p.(c)no.16524/2013 2 cause ext.p2 to be considered by the competent authority and appropriate orders in accordance with law, at the earliest, at any rate, within 'three months' from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. the petitioner shall produce a copy of this.....
