The first petitioner has availed financial assistance to the tune of 75,000/- under the EMS Housing Scheme from the respondent for the purpose of putting up a house in his own property. The petitioner had availed the loan in the year 2010. At present, according to the first petitioner, he has become sick and requires money for his treatment. Therefore, he has decided to sell his property. He is ready to refund the entire amount that he had availed from the respondent, with interest. Exhibit P4 is the representation made by him to the 4th respondent. He seeks the issue of appropriate directions for the consideration of Exhibit P4.

2. I have heard the learned Government Pleader also. In view of the limited relief that is sought, I am satisfied that this writ petition can be disposed of directing Exhibit P4 to be considered. -:2:- W.P.(C) No.27466 of 2012-G In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider the representation submitted by the first petitioner, evidenced herein by Exhibit P4, in the light of Exhibit P1 issued to another person under similar circumstances and to pass appropriate orders in the matter, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period six weeks of the date of production of a copy of this judgment by the first petitioner.
