The petitioner contends that he is differently abled and relies on Section 47 of the Persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Act, 1995. Ext.P5 is the representation submitted in this regard by the petitioner which is pending disposal with the second respondent.
2. I direct the second respondent to consider Ext.P5 representation with notice to the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner who is reportedly posted as a peon by virtue of the interim order dated 05.12.2012 passed in this Writ Petition would continue to hold the post till Ext.P5 representation is disposed of as directed above.
