This writ petition is filed challenging Ext.P2 notice issued by the first respondent. A perusal of Ext.P2 shows that the same is only a show cause notice calling upon the petitioner to submit his explanation as to why final orders should not be passed in the matter of an alleged encroachment of thodu puramboke.
2. Since Ext.P2 is only a show cause notice, I am not inclined to admit this writ petition. It is open to the petitioner to submit his explanation and to show cause against the proposed action. For the above reasons, this writ petition is dismissed. Sd/- K.SURENDRA MOHAN, (Judge) Kvs/-
