.....dated this the 3rd day of january, 2013. order in view of the order in bail application no.9659/2012 whereby 4th accused has been granted bail and the fact that position of the petitioner is in no way different from that of the other accused, this petition is allowed as follows:1. the petitioners shall be released on bail on their executing a bond for rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand only) each with two solvent sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the jfcm- i, kollam.2. the learned magistrate shall ensure the identity of the sureties and also the veracity of the tax receipts before granting bail.3. the petitioners shall appear before the investigating officer on every tuesday between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. till final report is filed.4. the petitioners shall not tamper or attempt to tamper with the evidence or influence or try to influence the witnesses.5. if any of the conditions is violated, the bail granted shall stand b.a. 9712/2012 2 cancelled and the jfcm concerned, on being satisfied of the said fact, may take such proceedings as are available to him in law. p.bhavadasan judge pms
