06. 22.07.2013 The instant interlocutory application has been preferred by the petitioner for early hearing of the case under the heading for admission. It appears that by order dated 24.1.2013 four weeks time was allowed to the respondents to file counter affidavit but no such affidavit has been filed by the respondent as yet. Learned counsel for the petitioner has sought to rely upon the judgment rendered by Single Bench of this Court in the case of Bir Steels (P) Limited, Giridih Vrs. State of Jharkhand & others reported in 2012(2) JCR 657(Jhr). Learned counsel for the respondents, however seeks time to file response in the matter and also to ascertain whether similar matter is pending before the Division Bench of this Court in respect of the Industrial Policy Resolution, 2003 .
