07. 13.08.2013 The instant interlocutory application has been preferred by the petitioner for early hearing of the matter. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits on the basis of instant I.A. that the private respondent got appointed as Aangan Bari Sevika by showing that she is having 53% marks in B.A. examination while actually she has obtained 47.63% whereas the petitioner has got 51% marks in graduation. The certificates as aforesaid are annexed as Annexure1 and 2 to the writ application. The affidavit filed on behalf on behalf of the respondent- State, however does not clarify the issue whether actually the private respondent has submitted the certificate showing higher marks than what she has obtained. The private respondent has appeared on notice, however today none appears on behalf of the private respondent. In that view of the matter, respondent- State is allowed further 3 weeks time to file specific affidavit in this regard. List this case in the 3rd week of September, 2013. I.A.
