(1) The first Ordinances made under sub-section (2) of section 28 may beamended, repealed or added to at any time by the Executive Council in themanner specified below. (2) No Ordinance in respect of the matters enumerated in section 28, other than those enumerated in clause(n) of sub-section (1) thereof, shall be made by the ExecutiveCouncil unless a draft of such Ordinance has been proposed by theAcademic Council. (3) TheExecutive Council shall not havepower to amend any draft of any Ordinance proposed by the AcademicCouncil under clause (2), but may reject the proposal or return the draft to the Academic Council forre-consideration, either in whole or in part, together with any amendment whichthe Executive Council may suggest. (4) Where theExecutive Council has rejected or returned the draft of an Ordinanceproposed by the Academic Council, the Academic Council may consider thequestion afresh and in case the originaldraft is reaffirmed by a majorityof not less than two-thirds of the members present and voting and more thanhalf the total number of members of the.....

(10) Where, the Executive Council or the management, does not, within a reasonable time, take action to the satisfaction of the Visitor, the Visitor may, after considering any explanation furnished or representation made by the Executive Council or the management, issue such directions as he may think fit and the Executive Council or the management, as the case may be, shall comply with such directions. (11) Without prejudice to the foregoing provisions of this section, the Visitor may, by order in writing, annual any proceeding of the University which is not in conformity with the Act, the Statutes or the Ordinances: Provided that before making any such order, he shall call upon the Registrar to show cause why such an order should not be made, and, if any cause is shown within a reasonable time, he shall consider the same. .....Be it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-first Year of the Republic of India as follows:- SECTION 01: SHORT TITLE, EXTENT AND COMMENCEMENT (1) This Act may be called the Designs Act, 2000 (2) It extends to the whole of India. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint; and different dates may be appointed for different provisions of this Act, and any reference in any such provision to the commencement of this Act shall be construed as a reference to the coming into force of that provision. SECTION 02: DEFINITIONS -In this Act, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context,- (a) "article" means any article of manufacture and any substance, artificial, or partly artificial and partly natural; and includes any part of an article capable of being made and sold separately; (b) "Controller" means the Controller-General of Patents, Designs and Trade Marks referred to inSec.3-; (c) "copyright" means the exclusive right to apply a design to any article in any class in which the design is registered; (d) "design" means only the features of shape, configuration, pattern, ornament or composition.....

Title: Filling of Casual Vacancies

All casual vacancies among the members (other than ex officio members) of any authority or other body of the University shall be filled, as soon as may be, by the person or body who appoints, elects or co-opts the member whose place has become vacant and person appointed, elected or co-opted to a casual vacancy shall be a member of such authority or body for the residue of the term for which the person whose place he fills would have been a member.

Madhya Pradesh Reorganisation Act,2000 Part III

.....day, the Delimitation of Parliamentary and Assembly Constituencies Order, 1976, shall stand amended as directed in the Second Schedule to this Act. Section 11 - Provision as to sitting members (1) Every sitting member of the House of the People representing a constituency which, on the appointed day by virtue of the provisions of section 10, stands allotted, with or without alteration of boundaries, to the successor States of Madhya Pradesh or Chhattisgarh, shall be deemed to have been elected to the House of the People by that constituency as so allotted. (2) The term of office of such sitting members shall remain unaltered. Section 12 to 16 - The Legislative Assembly Section 12 - Provisions as to Legislative Assemblies (1) The number of seats as on the appointed day in the Legislative Assemblies of the States of Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh shall be two hundred and thirty and ninety respectively. (2) In the Second Schedule to the Representation of the People Act, 1950, under heading "I. States",-- (a) entries 5 to 25 shall be renumbered as entries 6 to 26 respectively; (b) after entry 4, the following entry shall be inserted, namely:-- "1 5 .....

Madhya Pradesh Reorganisation Act,2000 Section 17

Title: Delimitation of Constituencies

.....a date on or after which the proposals will be further considered by it; (b) consider all objections and suggestions which may have been received by it before the date so specified; and (c) after considering all objections and suggestions which may have been received by it before the date so specified, determine by one or more orders the delimitation of constituencies and cause such order or orders to be published in the Official Gazette; and upon such publication, the order or orders shall have the full force of law and shall not be called in question in any court. (6) As soon as may be after such publication, every such order relating to assembly constituencies shall be laid before the Legislative Assembly of the concerned State. (7) The delimitation of constituencies in the States of Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh shall be determined on the basis of the published figures of the census taken in the year 1971.
