THE BOMBAY MOTOR VEHICLES TAX (THIRD AMENDMENT) ACT, 2006 [Act No. 44 of 2006] [29th December, 2006] PREAMBLE An Act further to amend the Bombay Motor Vehicles Tax Act, 1958. WHEREAS both Houses of the State Legislature were not in session; AND WHEREAS the Governor of Maharashtra was satisfied that circumstances existed which rendered it necessary for him to take immediate action further to amend the Bombay Motor Vehicles Tax Act, 1958 (Bom. LXV of 1958), for the purposes hereinafter appearing; and, therefore, promulgated the Bombay Motor Vehicles Tax (Amendment) Ordinance, 2006 (Mah. Ord. Title: Insurance of Motor Vehicles Against Third Party Risks

.....of war, civil war, riot or civil commotion; or (b) that the policy is void on the ground that it was obtained by the nondisclosure of a material fact or by a representation of fact which was false in some material particular.
