DELHI HIGH COURT ACT, 1966 DELHI HIGH COURT ACT, 1966 26 of 1966 An act to provide for the constitution of a High Court for the Union territory of Delhi, for the extension of the Jurisdiction of that High Court to the Union territory of Himachal Pradesh and for matters connected therewith. For the purpose of this Order the word 'suit' shall not include summary proceedings under Order VII of the Original Side Rules.
