THE RAJASTHAN POWER SECTOR REFORMS ACT, 1999 THE RAJASTHAN POWER SECTOR REFORMS ACT, 1999 (Act No. 23 of 1999) [Received the assent of the President of India on the 28th day of December, 1999] Preliminary Short title, extent and commencement.- This Act may be called the Rajasthan Power Sector Reforms Act, 1999. It shall extend to the whole of the State of Rajasthan. It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, ppoint.
