(1) The persons to be enrolled to the Force, the mode of enrolment and the procedure for enrolment shall be such as may be prescribed by the Central Government. (1) Any person aggrieved by an order of the competent authority under section 5 may, within thirty days of the date of receipt of the order by him, file an appeal to the prescribed authority in such form and containing such particulars as may be prescribed.
