(1) The State Government may appointa qualified medical practitioners to be certifying surgeons for the purposes of this Act within such local limits or for such motor transport undertaking or class of motor transport undertaking as it may assign to them respectively. (2) The certifying surgeon shall perform such duties as may be prescribed in connection with-- (a) the examination and certification of motor transport workers; (b) the exercise of such medical supervision as may be prescribed where adolescents are, or are to be, employed as motor transport workers in any work in any motor transport undertaking which is likely to cause injury to their health.

Title: Warrant for Removal of Prisoner

.....shall be forthwith executed according to the tenor thereof. (2) Where a prisoner is to be resumed to a British possession, a Secretary of State or the Governor of the possession in which he has been undergoing his sentence, shall issue a like warrant, which shall be duly executed according to the tenor thereof. (3) Every warrant purporting to he issued in pursuance of this Act, and to be under the hand of a Secretary of State or Governor of a British possession, shall be received in evidence in every Court of justice in Her Majesty's dominions without further proof, and shall be evidence of the facts therein stated, and all acts done in pursuance of such warrant shall be deemed to have been authorised by law.

If upon the dissolution of any such body there remains, after the satisfaction of all its debts and liabilities, any property whatsoever, the same shall not be paid to or distributed among the members of such body or any of them, but shall be given to some other body of persons associated for the purpose of maintaining religious worship or some other religious or charitable purpose to be determined by the votes of not less than three-fifths of the members present at a meeting convened in this behalf, or in default thereof by such court as last aforesaid.
