.....Union or by a member of the Police Force or of any force constituted under any law for the time being in force, would be likely to prejudice the security of the State or the maintenance of public order, the Government may, by general or special order, prohibit or restrict the wearing, or display in public, of any such dress or article of apparel by any member of such body or association or organisation. (3) Every general or special order under sub-sections (1) and (2) shall be published in the manner prescribed for the publication of a public notice under section 172. Explanation.--For the purposes of sub-section (2), a dress or an article of apparel shall be deemed to be worn or displayed in public, if it is worn or displayed in any place to which the public have access. _______________________________ 1. Title: Disobedience of Lawful Command of Captain of Aircraft

Any person subject to this Act who, whatever his rank, commits any of the following offences, that is to say,-- (a) while he is in an aircraft disobeys any lawful command given by the captain of the aircraft, whether such captain is subject to this Act or not, as respects all matters relating to the flying or handling of the aircraft, or affecting the safety thereof; or (b) being the captain of a glider aircraft towed by another aircraft disobeys any lawful command given by the captain of the towing aircraft, whether the latter is subject to this Act or not, as respects all matters aforesaid; shall, on conviction by court-martial, be liable to suffer imprisonment for a term which may extend to fourteen years or such less punishment as is in this Act mentioned.
