If the health officer certifies that the water in any well, tank or other place within the limits of the city is likely, if used for drinking, to endanger or cause the spread of any dangerous disease, the Commissioner may, by public notice, prohibit the removal or use of such water for drinking and domestic purposes during a specified period.

Title: Expenditure in Connection with the Council from the Commencement of This Act to the Adoption of the Budget by the Council

(1) Any expenditure incurred during theperiod between the commencement of this Act and establishment of the Councilunder any of the provisions of this Act shall be borne by the CentralGovernment and the amount of the expenditure so incurred shall on suchestablishment be recoverable by that Government from out of the New DelhiMunicipal Fund. (2) Ifin respect of the period between the establishment of the Council and theadoption of the first budget by the Council further expenditure from the NewDelhi Municipal Fund becomes necessary over and above the expenditure theretoauthorised for that year by the sanctioned budget estimate, the Council shalladopt a supplementary statement showing the estimated amount of thatexpenditure. (3)Every item of expenditure shown in the supplementary statements adopted by theCouncil shall be deemed to be expenditure covered by a current budget grantwithin the meaning of section 47. (4) Thesupplementary statement shall be prepared, presented and adopted in such mannerand shall provide for such matter as may be determined by the Council.

.....of the Supreme Court nominated by the Chief Justice of India on a reference made to him by the Central Government in which such President, the Chairperson or Member had been informed of the charges against him and given a reasonable opportunity of being heard. (3) The Central Government may, with the concurrence of the Chief Justice of India, suspend from office, the President, the Chairperson or Member in respect of whom reference has been made to the Judge of the Supreme Court under sub-section (2) until the Central Government has passed orders on receipt of the report of the Judge of the Supreme Court on such reference. (4) The Central Government shall, after consultation with the Supreme Court, make rules to regulate the procedure for the inquiry on the ground of proved misbehaviour or incapacity referred to in sub-section (2).

Title: Power to Appoint Place of Imprisonment

.....the Court of Magistrate ordering the imprisonment or committal may direct that the person be removed to a criminal jail. (3) When a person is removed to a criminal jail under sub-section (2), he shall, on being released therefrom, be sent back to the civil jail, unless either (a) three years have elapsed since he was removed to the criminal jail, in which case he shall be deemed to have been released from the civil jail under section 58 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (5 of 1908) or section 23 of the Provincial Insolvency Act, 1920 (5 of 1920), as the case may be; or (b) the Court which ordered his imprisonment in the civil jail has certified to the officer in charge of the criminal jail that he is entitled to be released under section 58 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (5 of 1908) or under section 23 of the Provincial Insolvency Act, 1920 (5 of 1920), as the case may be.

Title: Employees' securities to be deposited in post office savings bank or Scheduled Bank

1 [(1) Any money or security deposited with a company by any of its employee in pursuance of his contract of service with the company shall be kept or deposited by the company within fifteen days from the date of deposit- (a) in a post office savings bank account, or (b) in a special account to be opened by the company for the purpose in the State Bank of India or in a Scheduled Bank, or (c) where the company itself is a Scheduled Bank, in a special account to be opened by the company for the purpose either in itself or in the State Bank of India or in any other Scheduled Bank.] (2) No portion of such moneys or securities shall be utilized by the company except for the purposes agreed to in the contracts of service. (3) A receipt for moneys deposited with a company by its employee shall not be deemed to be a security within the meaning of this section; and the moneys themselves shall accordingly be deposited 2 [***] as provided in sub-section (1). ______________________ 1.
