National Institutes of Technology Act, 2007 Section 4

Title: Incorporation of Institutes

(1) Each of the Institutes mentioned in column (5) of the Schedule shall be a body corporate having perpetual succession and a common seal and shall, by its name, sue and be sued. (2) The body corporate constituting each of the said Institutes shall consist of a Chairperson, a Director and other members of the Board for the time being of the Institute.

Repatriation of Prisoners Act, 2003 Section 4

Title: Application for Transfer by a Prisoner

Any prisoner who is a citizen of a contracting State may make an application to the Central Government for transfer of his custody from India to that contracting State: Provided that if a prisoner is not able to make an application himself because of his ill health, mental condition, old age or being a minor, then, the application may be made by any other person entitled to act on his behalf.

Identification of Prisoners Act, 1920 Section 4

Title: Taking of Measurements, Etc., of Non-convicted Persons
