Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000 Section 38

Title: Transfer

(1) If during the inquiry it is found that the child hails from the place outside the jurisdiction of the Committee, the Committee shall order the transfer of the child to the competent authority having jurisdiction over the place of residence of the child. (2) Such juvenile or the child shall be escorted by the staff of the home in which he is lodged originally. (3) The State Government may make rules to provide for the travelling allowance to be paid to the child.

Title: Application for Authorization of Interception of Wire, Electronic or Oral Communication

Airports Economic Regulatory Authority of India Act 2008 Section 38

Title: Punishment for Non-compliance of Orders and Directors Under This Act

Whoever fails to comply with any order or direction given under this Act, or contravenes, or attempts to contravene or abets the contravention of the provisions of this Act or of any rules or regulations made thereunder shall be punishable with fine which may extend to one lakh rupees and in the case of a second or subsequent offence with fine which may extend to two lakh rupees and in the case of a continuing contravention with an additional fine which may extend to four thousand rupees for every day during which the default continues.
