Wakf Act, 1995 Section 37

Title: Register of Wakfs

The Board shall maintain a register of wakfs which shall contain in respect of each wakf copies of the wakf deeds, when available and the following particulars, namely: (a) the class of the wakf; (b) the name of the mutawalli; (c) the rule of succession to the office of mutawalli under the wakf deed or by custom or by usage; (d) particulars of all wakfs properties and all title deeds and documents relating thereto; (e) particulars of the scheme of administration and the scheme of expenditure at the time of registration; (f) such other particulars as may be provided by regulations.

Bihar and West Bengal (Transfer of Territories) Act, 1956 Section 37

Title: Power of the Central Government to Order Allocation or Adjustment in Certain Cases

Where either Bihar or West Bengal becomes entitled to any property or obtains any benefits or becomes subject to any liability and the Central Government, on a reference made within a period of three years from the appointed day by either of the States, is of opinion that it is just and equitable that that property or those benefits should be transferred to, or shared with, the other State or that a contribution towards that liability should be made by the other State, the said property or benefits shall be allocated in such manner between the two States, or the other State shall make to the State subject to the liability of such contribution in respect thereof, as the Central Government may, after consultation with the two State Governments, by order determine.

Multi State Co-operative Societies Act, 1984 [Repealed] Section 37

Title: Restrictions on Holding of Office

No person shall be eligible to hold the office of a president or chairman or vice-president or vice-chairman on the board of a multi-State co-operative society, after he has held the office as aforesaid during two consecutive terms, whether full or part: Provided that a person who has ceased to hold the office of a president or chairman continuously for one full term of three years shall again be eligible for election to the offices aforesaid.
