Parsi Marriage and Divorce Act, 1936 Section 32A

Title: Non-resumption of Cohabitation or Restitution of Conjugal Rights Within One Year in Pursuance of a Decree to Be Ground for Divorce

.....upwards after the passing of a decree for judicial separation in a proceeding to which they were parties; or (ii) that there has been no restitution of conjugal rights as between the parties to the marriage for a period of one year or upwards after the passing of a decree for restitution of conjugal rights in a proceeding to which they were parties. (2) No decree for divorce shall be granted under sub-section (1) if the plaintiff has failed or neglected to comply with an order for maintenance passed against him under section 40 of this Act or section 488 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898 (5of 1898) or section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974). ________________________ 1. Plantations Labour Act, 1951 Section 32A

Title: Notice of Accident

Where in any plantation, an accident occurs causes death or which causes any dodily injury to a worker by reason of which the worker injured is prevented from working for a period of forty-eight hours or more immediately following the accident, or which is of such a nature as may be prescribed in this behalf, the employer thereof shall sent notice thereof to such authorities, in such form, and within such time, as may be prescribed.

Power of Court to implead the manufacturer, etc. Where, at any time during the trial of any offence under this Chapter alleged to have been committed by any person, not being the manufacturer of a drug or cosmetic or his agent for the distribution thereof the Court is satisfied, on the evidence adduced before it, that such manufacturer or agent is also concerned in that offence, then, the Court may, notwithstanding anything contained2[in sub-sections (1), (2) and (3) of section 319 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974)], proceed against him as though a prosecution had been instituted against him under section 32.] _______________________ 1. Title: Cancellation for Other Reasons

1[(1) Whenever the authority granting a licence considers that it should be cancelled for any cause other than those specified in section 32, he may cancel the licence either, - (a) on the expiration of not less than 15 days' notice in writing of his intention to do so, or (b) forthwith without notice. (2) When a licence is cancelled under sub-section (1) the authority cancelling the licence shall pay to the licensee a sum equal to the amount of the fees payable in respect thereof for fifteen days and such further sum in compensation as the Commissioner may direct. Title: Special Provisions for Registration of Certain Persons
