Title: Power to Summon Persons Suspected of Having Property of Company, Etc.

.....any property belonging to the company, the Tribunal may order him to deliver to the provisional liquidator or, as the case may be, the liquidator, that property or any part thereof, at such time, in such manner and on such terms as the Tribunal may consider just. (6) If any officer or person so summoned fails to appear before the Tribunal at the time appointed without a reasonable cause, the Tribunal may impose an appropriate cost. (7) Every order made under sub-section (5) shall be executed in the same manner as decrees for the payment of money or for the delivery of property under the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (5 of 1908). (8) Any person making any payment or delivery in pursuance of an order made under sub-section (5) shall by such payment or delivery be, unless otherwise directed by such order, discharged from all liability whatsoever in respect of such debt or property.

Title: Power to Remove Brothels and Prostitutes

The Officer Commanding the Station or the Beard may, on receiving information that any building in the cantonment is used as a brothel or for purposes of prostitution, by order in writing setting forth the substance of information received, summon the owner, lessee, tenant or occupier of the building to appear before him or the Board as the case may be either in person or by an authorised agent, and, if the Officer Commanding the Station or the Board, is then satisfied as to the truth of the information, may, by order in writing, direct the owner, lessee, tenant or occupier, as the case may be, to discontinue such use of the building within such period as may be specified in the order.

Title: Application to Construct or Re-construct Building

(1) If any person intends to construct or re-construct a building, he shall send to the Commissioner an application in writing for permission to execute the work together with a site plan of the land, ground-plan, elevations and sections of the building, a specification of the work and such other documents as may be prescribed. Explanation.--'Building' in this sub-section shall include a wall or fence of whatever height bounding or abutting on any public street. (2) Every document furnished under sub-section (1) shall contain such particulars and be prepared in such manner as may be required under rules or bye-laws.

Title: Safety Certificates and Qualified Safety Certificates for Passenger Ships
