Title: Prohibition on Insider Trading of Securities

.....any communication required in the ordinary course of business or profession or employment or under any law. Explanation.--For the purposes of this section,-- (a) "insider trading" means-- (i) an act of subscribing, buying, selling, dealing or agreeing to subscribe, buy, sell or deal in any securities by any director or key managerial personnel or any other officer of a company either as principal or agent if such director or key managerial personnel or any other officer of the company is reasonably expected to have access to any non-public price sensitive information in respect of securities of company; or (ii) an act of counselling about procuring or communicating directly or indirectly any non-public price-sensitive information to any person; (b) "price-sensitive information" means any information which relates, directly or indirectly, to a company and which if published is likely to materially affect the price of securities of the company. Title: Conditions of Universal Application

Notwithstanding anything hereinbefore contained or contained in any agreement under section 193, the supply of water by a Board to any building or land shall be, and shall be deemed to have been granted subject to the following conditions, namely:-- (a) the owner, lessee or occupier of any building or land in or on which water supplied by the Board is wasted by reason of the pipes, drains or other works being out of repair shall, if he has knowledge thereof, give notice of the same to such officer as the Chief Executive Officer may appoint in this behalf; (b) the Chief Executive Officer or any other officer or employee of the Board authorised by him in writing in this behalf may enter into or on any premises supplied with water by the Board, for the purpose of examining all pipes, taps, works and fittings connected with the supply of water and of ascertaining whether there is any waste or misuse of such water; (c) the Chief Executive Officer may, after giving notice in writing, cut off the connection between any source of public water-supply and any building or land to which water is supplied for any purpose therefrom, or turn off such supply if-- (i) the owner or.....

(1) Every contract or agreement entered into on behalf of the Zilla Panchayat shall be binding on the Zilla Panchayat only if the said contract or agreement is executed in accordance with the provisions of this section. (2) The Chief Executive Officer shall execute contracts or agreements on behalf of the Zilla Panchayat in respect of matters which he is empowered to carry out under the provisions of this Act. He may execute such contract or agreement on behalf of the Zilla Panchayat upto such amount of value of contract or agreement as may be specified by the Government from time to time. In all other cases he shall execute a contract or agreement only with the sanction of the Zilla Panchayat.

Title: Representation of Railway Administration

(1) A railway administration may, by order in writing, authorise any railway servant or other person to act for, or represent it, as the case may be, in any proceeding before any civil, criminal or other court. (2) A person authorised by a railway administration to conduct prosecutions on its behalf shall, notwithstanding anything in section 302 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), be entitled to conduct such prosecutions without the permission of the Magistrate.

Title: Imposition of Minimum Fine Under Certain Circumstances

(1) Whoever having been convicted of an offence under this Act or the rules made thereunder commits a similar offence on a second or subsequent occasion within three years of the commission of the previous offence, no court shall, except for reasons to be recorded by it in writing, impose on him a fine of less than one-fourth of the maximum amount of the fine imposable for such offence. (2) Nothing in sub-section (1) shall be construed as restricting the power of the court from awarding such imprisonment as it considers necessary in the circumstances of the case not exceeding the maximum specified in this Act in respect of that offence.

Title: Power to Supply Water for Non-domestic Purposes

(1) The Commissioner may with the sanction of the standing committee supply water for any purposes other than a domestic purpose on such terms and conditions consistent with the bye-laws made thereunder on receiving a written application specifying the purpose for which such supply is required and the quantity likely to be consumed. (2) When an application under sub-section (1) is received, the Commissioner may, subject to such charges and rates as may be fixed by the bye-laws, lay or allow to be laid the necessary pipes and water fittings of such dimensions and description as may be prescribed by the bye-laws and may arrange for the supply of water through such pipes and fittings.
