THE CHHATTISGARH LOK AYOG (SANSODHAN) ACT, 2007 THE CHHATTISGARH LOK AYOG (SANSODHAN) ACT, 2007 [Act No. 7 of 2007] PREAMBLE An act to amend the chhattisgarh Lok Ayog Adhiniyam, 2002 (No. 30 of 2002). Be it enacted by the Chhattisgarh Legislative in the Fifty-eight Year of the Republic of India as follows: Section 1 - Short title and commencement (1) This Act may be called the "Chhattisgarh Lok Ayog (Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam, 2007". (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force retrospectively with effect from 2nd November, 2002. 1 [139. Corporation Tax (1) Corporation tax shall not be levied by the Federation in any Federated State until ten years have elapsed from the establishment of the Federation.
