THE TRIPURA HOMOEOPATHIC SYSTEM OF MEDICINE ACT, 1979 THE TRIPURA HOMOEOPATHIC SYSTEM OF MEDICINE ACT, 1979. An Act to provide for development of the homoeopathic system of medicine, to regulate the practice thereof and to deal with certain other connected matter. Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Tripura in the Twenty-ninth Year of the Republic of India as follows :- Short title, extent and commencement. 1. (1) This Act may be called the Tripura Homoeopathic System of Medicine Act, 1979. (2) It extends to the whole of Tripura.
