(7) "building of the warehouse class" means a building, the whole or a substantial part of which is used, or intended to be used, as a warehouse, factory, manufactory, brewery, or distillery, or for any similar purpose, which is neither a "domestic building" nor a "public building" as defined in this section, and includes a hut used or intended to be used for any of the purposes mentioned in this clause; (8) "bustee" means an area containing land not less than seven hundred square metres in area occupied by or for the purposes of any collection of huts or other structures used or intended to be used for human habitation. .....Dissolution of Osmanabad and Parbhani Zilla Parishads and appointment of administrators :- (1) Notwithstanding anything contained in the principal Act or any rules, regulations or bye-laws made or notifications issued under thereunder, on the appointed date, the Osmanabad Zilla Parishad and the Parbhani Zilla Parishad shall stand dissolved. Title: Dismissal of Employees Participating in Illegal Strikes

Any person who commences a strike which is illegal under this Act, or goes or remains on, or otherwise takes part in, any such strike, shall be liable to disciplinary action (including dismissal) in accordance with the same pro-visions as are applicable for the purpose of taking such disciplinary action (including dismissal) on any other ground under the terms and conditions of service applicable to him in relation to his employment.
