CENTRAL WAKF COUNCIL RULES, 1998 CENTRAL WAKF COUNCIL RULES, 1998 G.S.R. 593. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-secs, (i) and (2) of Sec. 12 of the Wakf Act, 1995 (43 of 1995), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely: Rule 1 Short title and commencement (1) These rules may be called the Central Wakf Council Rules, 1998.
