.....in view of its development and growing population, declare by notification in the Official Gazette, to be an urban area for the purposes of this Act. SECTION 03: CATTLE NOT TO BE KEPT IN URBAN AREAS WITHOUT LICENCE After the expiry of a period of three months from the date on which this Act comes into force in any urban area or part thereof, no person shall keep or cause to be kept or permit the keeping of any cattle in that area or part, except under and in accordance with the conditions of a licence granted to him under this Act. SECTION 04: TWO CLASSES OF LICENCES (1) There shall be two classes of licences, namely (a) a licence granted to a householder in respect of cattle kept on his premises primarily for consumption of milk by himself or members of his family Provided that, such licence shall not be granted to any householder in respect of more than three heads of cattle; (b) a licence granted to any person in respect of cattle kept by him for the purpose of carrying on his trade as a dairyman or milk seller. .....to believe that any dealer has attempted to evade payment of any tax, he may issue a protective assessment on such dealer in accordance with sub-section (5) of Section 38. (6) All searches and seizures under sub-section (4) or (5) shall be made in accordance with the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974). (7) No person shall tamper with any seal put under sub-clause (i) of clause (c) of sub-section (4). Title: Prohibition of Movement of Animals from Controlled Area

(1) Where a notification has been issued under sub-section (1) of section 6 declaring any area as a controlled area in relation to any disease affecting any species of animals, no animal belonging to that species shall be moved from the place where it is kept. (2) The Director may, for the purpose of control, prevention or eradication of any scheduled disease, in respect of any area, by order published in the Official Gazette, prohibit the movement of all animals belonging to any species specified therein, from the place where it is kept, to any other place. (3) Nothing contained in sub-sections (1) and (2) shall be deemed to prohibit-- (a) the movement of any animal referred to therein, from the place where it is kept, to the nearest place where it can be got vaccinated, so long as the animal is being moved for the purpose of its immunization by vaccination; or (b) the movement of any such animal, so long as it is accompanied by a valid certificate of vaccination to indicate that the animal is duly immunized against the particular disease and it bears proper mark of such vaccination.

Title: Power to Restrict Movement of a Registered Offender

.....the State Government may, by order, direct that any registered offender shall be restricted in his movement to such area (hereinafter called the restriction area), and for such period not exceeding three years as may be specified in the order. (2) Before making any such order, the State Government shall take into consideration the following matters, namely:-- (a) the nature of the offences of which the registered offender has been convicted and the circumstances in which the offences were committed; (b) whether the registered offender follows any lawful occupation and whether such occupation is conducive to honest and settled way of life and is not merely a pretence for the purpose of facilitating commission of offences; (c) the suitability of the area to which his movements are to be restricted; and (d) the manner in which the registered offender may earn his living within the restriction area and the adequacy of arrangements which are, or are likely to be, available therefor. (3) A copy of the order shall be served on the registered offender in the prescribed manner.
