Title : Disqualifications for Being a Member of the Commission

A person shall be disqualified for being appointed as, or for being, a member of the Commission.-- (a) if he is of unsound mind; (b) if he is an undischarged insolvent; (c) if he has been convicted of an office involving moral turpitude; (d) if he has such financial or other interest as is likely to affect prejudicially his functions as a member of the Commission. Title : Power of Trustees to Appoint Committee of Management

(1) For the purposes of managing the affairs of the Trust, the Trustees may, by resolution passed at a meeting, appoint a committee of management, and entrust to it such powers, duties and functions, under such directions and limitations, as may be defined by such resolution. (2) The Trustees may appoint any person as members of the committee management, whether such person are Trustees or not, and may, from time, time, vary or rescind any resolution passed by it under this section.
