THE DELHI METRO RAILWAY (OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE) ACT, 2002 An Act to provide for the operation and maintenance and to regulate the working of the metro railway in the metropolitan city of Delhi and for matters connected therewith and incidental thereto. Be it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty- third Year of the Republic of India as follows:- 1. Short title and commencement.- (1) This Act may be called the Delhi Metro Railway (Operation and Maintenance) Act, 2002 . (2) It extends to the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
