Title: Base Unit of Luminous Intensity

.....Be it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-first Year of the Republic of India as follows:- SECTION 01: SHORT TITLE, EXTENT AND COMMENCEMENT (1) This Act may be called the Designs Act, 2000 (2) It extends to the whole of India. LEGAL METROLOGY ACT, 2009 LEGAL METROLOGY ACT, 2009 1 OF 2010 An Act to establish and enforce standards of weights and measures, regulate trade and commerce in weights, measures and other goods which are sold or distributed by weight, measure or number and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
