THE JHARKHAND PANCHAYATRAJ (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2010 THE JHARKHAND PANCHAYATRAJ (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2010 [Act No. 33 of 2010] [4th September, 2010.] PREAMBLE An Act further to amend the Jharkhand Panchayat Raj Act, 2001. Be it enacted by Parliament in the Sixty-first Year of the Republic of India as follows:-- Section 1 - Short title, extent and commencement (1) This Act may be called the Jharkhand Panchayat Raj (Amendment) Act, 2010.
