(2) If the seniormost male member fails to direct the Board as required by subsection (1), the Board shall, on the expiry of the period specified in that subsection, proceed to effect the partition of the Estate and the Palace Fund among the members referred to in subsection (1), and the partition so effected shall be.....

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Punjab in the Twenty- ninth Year of the Republic of India as follows :- Section 1 - Short title, extent and commencement (1) This Act may be called the Punjab Agricultural Credit Operations and Miscellaneous Provisions (Banks) Act, 1978. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Punjab.
