.....Commissioner of Payments appointed under Section 13; f. "Company" means a Company or any corporate body as defined in Section 3 of the Companies Act, 1956 (Act 1 of 1956) and includes a firm or other association of individuals and such other persons included in the definition of "person" in Section 2(i); g.
