Section 8 - Registration of societies (1) There shall be presented to the Registrar for registration the memorandum of association and the rules and regulations of the society1[ x x x ]. (2) If the Registrar is satisfied that all the requirements of this Act and the rules made thereunder have been complied with, he shall retain and register the memorandum of association and rules and regulations, and shall certify under his hand that the society is registered and issue a certificate of registration.
