THE MAHARASHTRA UNIVERSITIES ACT, 1994 THE MAHARASHTRA UNIVERSITIES ACT, 1994 Act No. XXXV of 1994 July, 1994 As Amended by Maharashtra Universities Act LV of 2000 w.e.f. 12.5.2000 An Act to unify, consolidate and amend the law relating to the non-agricultural and non-technological universities in the State of Maharashtra.
