An Act further to amend the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.BE it enacted by Parliament in the Sixty-first Year of the Republic of India as follows:-1. Short title and commencement. (1) This Act may be called the Indian Medical Council (Amendment) Act, 2010.(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 15th day of the May, 2010. 2. Insertion of new sections 3A, 3B and 3C. - After section 3 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), the following sections shall be inserted, namely:-'3A.
