Companies (Particulars of Employees) Rules, 1975 Complete Act

.....than rupees per financial year for the purpose of sub-clause (i) of clause (a) of sub-section (2A); and (b) not less than rupees per month, for the purposes of sub-clause (ii) of clause (a) of sub-section (2A). 2. Particulars of employees.- The statement to be included in the Board's report under sub-section (2A) of section 217 of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), shall also contain the following particulars, namely:- (a) Designation of the employee. (b) Remuneration received. (c) Nature of employment, whether contractual or otherwise. (d) Other terms and conditions. (e) Nature of duties of the employee. (f) Qualifications and experience of the employee. (g) Date of commencement of employment. (h) The age of such employee. (i) The last employment held by such employee before joining the company. (j) the percentage of equity shares held by the employee in the company within the meaning of sub-clause (iii) of clause (a) of sub-section (2A) of section 217 of the Act. Central Bare Acts

Marine Insurance Act, 1963 Section 76

Title: Particular Average Warranties

.....assured cannot recover for a loss of part, other than a loss incurred by a general average sacrifice, unless the contract contained in the policy be apportionable; but, if the contract be apportionable, the assured may recover for a total loss of any apportionable part. (2) Where the subject-matter insured is warranted free from particular average, either wholly or under a certain percentage, the insurer is nevertheless liable for salvage charges, and for particular charges and other expenses properly incurred pursuant to the provisions of the suing and labouring clause in order to avert a loss insured against. (3) Unless the policy otherwise provides, where the subject-matter insured is warranted free from particular average under a specified percentage, a general average loss cannot be added to a particular average loss to make up the specified percentage. (4) For the purpose of ascertaining whether the specified percentage has been reached, regard shall be had only to the actual loss suffered by the subject-matter insured. Particular charges and the expenses of and incidental to ascertaining and proving the loss must be excluded.

Title: Duty of the Company to Supply Particulars

.....company fails to supply to the Government particulars of book debts, liabilities and agreement within the time allowed to it for the purpose under sub-section (1), nothing contained in this Act shall have effect so as to transfer any such book debts, liabilities and agreements or to vest the same in the Government: Provided that nothing in this sub-section shall apply to any agreement if any party to such agreement supplies to the Government, particulars of the agreements within two months from the vesting date and the Government, within a period of six months after such submission of particulars accept the liabilities under the agreement. (2) The Government may, by notice in writing within a period of six months after submission of the particulars referred to under sub-section (1) intimate to the company that such book debts and investments as are specified in the notice are not included in the property vesting in the Government, whereupon the amount provided by section 5 shall stand reduced by the amount of such excluded book debts and investments and the right of the company to recover and retain such excluded book debts shall remain unaffected by this Act.

Title: Duty of Existing Air Companies to Supply Particulars

(3) Either Corporation may by notice in writingwithin a period of 1 [six months] after submission of the particularsreferred to in sub-section (1) intimate to the existing air company submittingthe particulars that such of the book debts and investments as are specified inthe noticed are not included in the properties vesting in the Corporation whereuponthe compensation provided by section 25 of this Act and the Schedule theretoshall be reduced by the amount of such excluded book debts and investments butthe right of such existing air company to recover and retain such excluded bookdebts shall remain unaffected by this Act. ________________________ 1.Substituted for the words"ninety days" by the Air Corporations (Amdt.) Mussalman Wakf Act, 1923 Section 3

Title: Obligation to Furnish Particulars Relating to Wakf

.....such deed or instrument has been executed or a copy thereof cannot be obtained shall contain full particulars, as far as they are known to the mutwalli, of the origin, nature and objects of the wakf. (3) Where-- (a) a wakf is created after the commencement of this Act, or (b) in the case of a wakf such as is described in section 3 of the Wakf Validating Act, 1913, the person creating the wakf or any member of his family or any of his descendants is at the commencement of this Act alive and entitled to claim any benefit thereunder, the statement referred to in sub-section (1) shall be furnished, in the case referred to in clause (a), within six months of the date on which the wakf is created or, if it has been created by a written document, of the date on which such document is executed, or, in the case referred to in clause (b), within six months of the date of the death of the person entitled to such benefit as aforesaid' or of the last survivor of any such persons.as the case may be.

Mussalman Wakf Act, 1923 Section 4

Title: Publication of Particulars and Requisition of Further Particulars

(1) When any statement has been furnished under section the Court shall cause notice of the furnishing thereof to be affixed in some conspicuous place in the Court-house and to be published in such other manner, if any, as may be prescribed, and thereafter an person may apply to the Court by a petition in writing, accompanies by the prescribed fee, for the issue of an order requiring the mutwalli to furnish further particulars or documents. (2) On such application being made, the Court may, after making; such inquiry, if any, as it thinks fit, if it is of opinion that any further particulars or documents are necessary in order that full information may be obtained regarding the origin' nature or objects of the wakf] or the condition or management of the wakf property, cause to be served on the mutwalli an order requiring him to furnish such particulars or documents within such time as the Court may direct in the or den.

(1) A particular average loss is a partial loss of the subject-matter insured, caused by a peril insured against, and which is not a general average loss. (2) Expenses incurred by or on behalf of the assured for the safety or preservation of the subject-matter insured, other than general average and salvage charges, are called particular charges. Particularly charges are not included in particular average.

Urban Land (Ceiling and Regulation) Act, 1976 [Repealed] Section 18

Title: Penalty for Concealment, Etc., of Particulars of Vacant Land

State: Central

Year: 1976

(1) If the competent authority, in the course of any proceedings under this Act, is satisfied that any person has concealed the particulars of any vacant land, or of any other land on which there is a building, whether or not with a dwelling unit therein, held by him or furnished inaccurate particulars of such land or of the user thereof, it may, after giving such person an opportunity of being heard in the matter, by order in writing direct that, without prejudice to any other penalty to which he may be liable under this Act, such person shall pay, by way of penalty, a sum which shall not be less than, but which shall not exceed twice, the amount representing the value of the vacant land or of such other land or both, as the case may be, in respect of which the particulars have been concealed or in respect of which inaccurate particulars as aforesaid have been furnished. (2) Any amount payable under this section, if not paid, may be recovered as if it were an arrear of land revenue.
