.....Berar Medical Registration Act, 1916. (iii) the Medical Registration Act (iv) the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, or (v) the Maharashtra Medical Practitioners Act, 1961 and possessing any of the qualifications specified in Part A, B or D of the Schedule, to that Act (k) "Registrar of Births" or "Registrar," means any officer or other person or authority whose duty it is, (i) under any law for the time being in force ; or (ii) under any bye-law or rule having the: force of law, to register births,.
