(2) The Judge of a District Court may, by order in writing, transfer at any stage any proceeding under this Act pending in his Court for disposal to any officer subordinate to him empowered under sub-section (1). (1) Where the Company has established a provident fund, superannuation, welfare or other fund for the benefit of the persons employed in the Refractory Plant, the monies relatahle to the employees whose services have become transferred by or under this Act to the Central Govrnment or a Governmnet company shall, out of the monies standing, on the appointed day, to the credit of such provident fund, superannuation, welfare or other fund, stand transferred to, and vested in, the Central Government or the Government company, as the case may be. (2) The monies which stand transferred, under sub-section (1), to the Central Government or a Government company, shall be dealt with by that Government or Government company, as the case may be, in such manner as may be prescribed.
