Asansol Municipal Corporation Act, 1990 Complete Act

.....performance amusement, game or sport to which persons are ordinarily admitted on payment; (20) "factory" means a factory as defined in the Factories Act, 1948; (21) "filth" includes offensive matter and sewage; (22) "goods" includes animals; (23) "habitable room" means a room constructed or adapted for human habitation; 55. Explanation. Holdings separated by a street or other means of communication shall be deemed to be adjoining holdings within the meaning of this clause; (24) "house drain" means any drain of one or more premises used for the drainage of such premises; (25) "house-gully" or "service passage" means a passage or strip of land constructed, set apart or utilised for the purpose of serving.....

Armed Forces (Jammu and Kashmir) Special Powers Act, 1990 Complete Act

.....occasioning the arrest, or as the case may be, occasioning the seizure of such property, arms, ammunition or explosive substance or any vehicle or vessel, as the case may be. SECTION 07: PROTECTION OF PERSONS ACTING IN GOOD FAITH UNDER THIS ACT "No prosecution, suit or other legal proceeding shall be instituted, except with the previous sanction of the Central Government, against any person in respect of anything done or purported to be done in exercise of the powers conferred by this Act. SECTION 08: REPEAL AND SAVING " (1) The Armed Forces (Jammu and Kashmir) Special Powers Ordinance, 1990 (3 of 1990), is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
