OF 1981 An Act to provide for the constitution and regulation of the Sikkim Armed Police Force in the State of Sikkim. [30th September, 1981 Be it enacted by the Legislature. of Sikkim in the Thirty-second Year of the Republic of India as follows: Short title, extent, commencement, and application. 1. (1) This Act may be called the Sikkim Armed Police Force Act, 1981. (2) It extends to the whole of Sikkim. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint. (4) It shall apply to the officers of the Force wherever they may he. THE KERALA REQUISITIONING AND ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY ACT, 1981 [1] THE KERALA REQUISITIONING AND ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY ACT, 1981 [1] (Act 27 of 1981) An Act to provide for the requisitioning and acquisition of property for public purposes, not being purposes of the Union. Preamble." whereas it is expedient to provide for the requisi tioning and acquisition of property for public purposes, not being purposes of the Union; be it enacted in the Thirty-second Year of the Republic of India as follows:" 1.
