Received the assent of the President on March 29, 1988 and published in the Gazette of India, Extra, Part II, Section I, dated 30th March, 1988, pp. 1-2. Section 1 - Short title and commencement (1) This Act may be called the Delhi Administration (Amendment) Act, 1988. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 24th day of December, 1987.
