.....section 3 of this Act; (v) "University Grants Commission" means the Commission established under section 4 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 (Central Act 3 of 1956). (2) The Chancellor, the Pro-Chancellor, the Vice-Chancellor, and the members of the Management Council, Board of Management, Academic Council, other Authorities and Officers and Staff shall constitute the University. .....ALAPPUZHA (ACQUISITION AND TRANSFER OF UNDERTAKING) ACT, 2010 THE KERALA SPINNERS, ALAPPUZHA (ACQUISITION AND TRANSFER OF UNDERTAKING) ACT, 2010 An Act to provide for the acquisition and transfer of the Kerala Spinners Lt., Komalapuram, Alappuzha and for the acquisition and transfer of the right, title and interest of the owners in respect of the undertaking with a view to reorganizing and reviving the undertaking and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto. Preamble. "WHEREAS, it is expedient to provide for the acquisition and transfer of the Kerala Spinners Ltd., Komalapuram, Alappuzha and for the acquisition and transfer of the right, title and interest of the owners in respect of the undertaking with a view to reorganizing and reviving the undertaking and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto; BE it enacted in the Sixty first year of the Republic of India as follows:" CHAPTER I PRELIMINARY 1.
