THE ROAD TRANSPORT CORPORATION ACT, 1950 THE ROAD TRANSPORT CORPORATION ACT, 1950 [Act No. 64 of 1950] PREAMBLE An Act to provide for the incorporation and regulation of Road Transport Corporations. Be it enacted by Parliament as follows:- Section 1 - Short title, extent and commencement (1) This Act may be called the Road Transport Corporation Act, 1950.
